Kirk Fisher helped me buy a washing machine over the phone and was very helpful in giving me comparison prices from other stores. I was delighted that I didn\'t have to drive around and spend a day shopping. The machine that I bought was just right and replaced an earlier version that I had purchased from Albert Lee.

Purchased/did everything by email. I\'m really busy so it was a great way to go. Kirk was very quick in his replies and everything went smoothly.

i had a great experience with Albert Lee. It started with great help from Dan. He took the time to go over all of my questions and was very good at translating those answers into appropriate options for my washer and dryer needs. i was very please with his service. They were top notch. The delivery guys were also on time, courteous, hard working and also very professional. Then Dan followed up via email to see if all went well and to be sure i was satisfied to date. That was much appreciated. All said I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Dan and Albert Lee.

In the last two years we have bought three major appliances for our kitchen from Albert Lee. Kirk Fisher provided the best retail experience we have had in years. My wife is chemically sensitive and Kirk uncrated the subzero in your warehouse, rinsed the unit with vinegar and used baking soda to lessen the odor. He followed up when the installers arrived to make sure that the unit was acceptable. Your installers did a wonderful installing the new item and removing the old one. Kirk arranged for us to install the old face plate that matches our wood cabinetry which had to be sized. He recommended the right man to do the job and then installed the resized panel himself. What else could we ask? Nothing. We give him full credit for a near perfect experience. Your installers always do an excellent job.

Excellent buying experience with a patient, knowledgable and attentive sales person who did not have a \"salesy\" agenda at all.

Dan was great. He was so knowledgeable on all the appliances. He helped me make a decision on the gas range. Just what he informed us about in the store made me change my mind. We bought a washer/dryer and after out remodel we plan to purchase a gas range/frig/hood/microwave and we will go back to see Dan.
